All items purchased from ADDYGLOW are carefully packaged with love and care before being sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
If you've received a faulty product and you would like to exchange it, or get a refund for any other reason, please contact us within 72 hours. We would ask you to send us a photo and we will also advise you details on how to return the box and contents. Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be issued if the candle has been burnt.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. Customer must provide us the tracking number of the shipping.
We will refund within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
Cancellation of Order
Prior to shipping, if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed but prior to shipping, you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
